Description
The Veterans Engagement Mini Grant Program, offered by the Chesapeake Bay Trust, funds innovative projects led by veterans’ groups or organizations serving veterans in Maryland. The program aims to foster the well-being of veterans by supporting activities such as healing and therapeutic services, outdoor recreation, community engagement, and green jobs training. Example projects include outdoor meditation, adaptive camping, therapeutic green spaces, and stipends for green jobs or training. The program also encourages applications from organizations that have not previously received funding from the Trust.
