This grant program is designed to help Tennessee public or private, not-for-profit postsecondary institutions that are not currently designated as VETS Campuses develop the resources, programs, and infrastructure needed to support military-connected students and achieve VETS Campus designation. Grants may fund initiatives such as veteran outreach, peer mentoring, faculty/staff training, veteran resource centers, career services, and other programming aligned with the state’s goals to accelerate the success and recruitment of military-affiliated learners. The program is part of a broader statewide effort to enhance educational opportunities for veterans and demonstrate institutional commitment to their success.
