The OVC and OVW FY 2026 Victim Services for Angel Families Program funds direct services to crime victims, including surviving Angel families, to address their needs and connect them with other resources. Offered through the Office for Victims of Crime, this invited funding opportunity supports services and referrals rather than a general research agenda. All proposed services must directly address the needs of crime victims.
Supported services may include emergency assistance, case management, shelter and housing, medical and dental care, victim advocacy, transportation, childcare, legal services, and employment assistance. For victims of domestic or dating violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking, support may also include cash assistance to offset the costs of victimization.
