This program provides funding to enable faculty artists at the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s School of Education and College of Letters & Science to participate in artist residency programs. The goal is to foster creative growth, expand artistic networks, and increase the national or international visibility of UW–Madison artists. Residencies must be of significant prestige and duration (at least two months, up to 4.5 months), allowing recipients to immerse themselves in new creative environments and build professional relationships.
