Description
Rochester Area Community Foundation’s Arts and Culture Action Area supports vibrant and diverse arts and cultural offerings, expanded community access, and stronger local arts organizations. The program invites applications from nonprofit organizations whose programs advance these goals across the foundation’s eight-county region.
Support includes arts and culture programs and projects, professional development and supplies that help organizations expand audience access, and work that celebrates or promotes the region’s racial and cultural diversity. Festival organizations may also seek support for arts and culture programming that increases outreach and engagement among underrepresented populations. The program emphasizes access for both artists and audiences, alongside equitable representation and organizational capacity.
