--- ## Description The ESA Foundation's Vocational Training Grants are designed to assist individuals in the United States who wish to develop new skills for a career change or enhance their abilities for advancement in their current field. These grants specifically support vocational and career-oriented training activities and are not intended for college tuition, books, or the repayment of educational debt.
