The Von Neumann Fellowships at the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) School of Mathematics provide a unique opportunity for distinguished mid-career mathematicians and theoretical computer scientists to pursue full-time research in a collaborative and intellectually rich environment. Fellows are selected based on research excellence and potential for significant contributions to their fields. The fellowship includes competitive financial support, on-campus housing, and access to extensive IAS resources for periods ranging from two to eleven months. Fellows are also encouraged to participate in mentoring activities for postdoctoral researchers.
