The Hoover Institution’s W. Glenn Campbell and Rita Ricardo-Campbell National Fellows Program offers outstanding scholars from around the world the opportunity to spend a year in residence at Stanford University. Fellows pursue unrestricted, innovative research and are expected to complete a significant, original project resulting in a publishable manuscript. The program provides access to the Hoover Library and Archives—one of the richest private archival collections in the U.S.—and fosters collaboration with distinguished resident scholars at both the Hoover Institution and Stanford University. Fellows are encouraged to participate actively in the intellectual life of the Hoover community and to deliver at least one research presentation during their tenure.
