Description
The California State Water Resources Control Board’s Water Recycling Funding Program provides technical and financial assistance for water recycling projects and research. Its goal is to increase beneficial use of treated municipal wastewater and augment California’s freshwater supplies. The Board’s Division of Financial Assistance administers the program.
The program offers planning grants and construction grants and loans.
