The Water Supply Reserve Fund (WSRF) Grant Program, administered by the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), provides financial support to Colorado water users for projects addressing critical water supply issues. Eligible activities include technical assistance, feasibility studies, environmental compliance, studies of water needs, design and construction of structural projects, and infrastructure replacement or maintenance. The program is designed to help eligible entities advance water activities that align with the Colorado Water Plan and Basin Implementation Plans. All applications must first be approved by one of Colorado’s nine basin roundtables before submission to CWCB, which makes the final funding decisions.
