--- ## Description The Wayne County Community Foundation offers grants twice a year to nonprofit organizations located in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. These grants aim to sustain and enhance access to a wide range of initiatives, including but not limited to the arts, literacy, culture, community development, education, environmental projects, and health and human services.
