Description
The Weatherization Assistance Program helps low-income households reduce heating and cooling costs through whole-house energy-efficiency improvements while protecting residents’ health and safety. The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) administers the program in Tennessee, where local community agencies and governments provide services across all 95 counties as funding is available.
