Description
The Welch Foundation’s Postdoctoral Fellows Grant Program provides three-year fellowships to recent PhD graduates from around the world to develop their chemical research careers in Texas. Presented as the Welch Postdoctoral Fellows of the Life Sciences Research Foundation (LSRF), the program supports fellows tackling important chemistry-related problems in interesting and novel ways within laboratories that provide world-class training.
The program supports fundamental research across all subfields of chemistry and allied disciplines, including biochemistry, chemical biology, chemical physics, chemical engineering, materials science, and nanoscience. Its priorities combine significant scientific questions with a training environment that advances the fellow’s research career. Applications are submitted through LSRF, with additional Welch eligibility requirements and review.
