Description
The Westinghouse Access Equity Grant provides financial support to eligible high schools in southwestern Pennsylvania to help offset costs associated with attending STEM outreach events hosted at Westinghouse facilities. The primary goal is to increase participation from students belonging to underprivileged and underrepresented economic and social groups in Westinghouse-sponsored STEM programs. Funds may be used for transportation to and from events and for hiring substitute teachers, making STEM opportunities more accessible for all students.
