Description
The Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge is an Aspen Institute initiative led by Aspen Digital. It will award $60 million to transformative solutions that help women thrive and build a better workplace for all. The program supports ambitious, research-driven projects that advance the science of workplace culture, harness artificial intelligence for positive organizational impact, and reshape narratives around women’s roles at work.
The challenge focuses on three pillars: Culture & Practices, AI, and Narrative. Across these areas, it encourages the development and rigorous evaluation of evidence-based interventions addressing systemic barriers and fostering equity. Its goals include generating new knowledge and scalable models that empower women, promote inclusive and innovative work environments, and set new standards for workplace excellence.
