Description
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) administers Ready for Reuse through a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The program offers loans and grants to clean up brownfield properties—sites where hazardous substances, pollutants or contaminants may complicate expansion, redevelopment or reuse.
