Description

This program, offered by the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, is a comprehensive, in-person Indigenous leadership experience designed to immerse participants in leadership models that integrate Indigenous cultural wisdom with contemporary approaches. The curriculum incorporates land-based learning, guidance from Elders, hands-on case studies, storytelling, and community dialogue, supporting participants' personal and professional growth. Emphasis is placed on transformational change, relational and values-based leadership, and moving from theory to action. The program is intended for Indigenous leaders, administrators, artists, and those working with or within Indigenous organizations and communities.
