Description
This grant opportunity is designed to help Western New York nonprofits explore formal strategic realignment options, including alliances, mergers, structural restructures, or dissolution planning. Funding is directed toward the exploration and planning phases—such as feasibility studies, business model development, legal/financial consulting, and implementation planning—to support organizations as they adapt to shifting funding environments and seek greater sustainability and impact. The initiative is a collaborative effort by 14 regional funders, aiming to spur innovation and strengthen the long-term resilience of the nonprofit sector.
