    Description

Women TechEU supports women-led early-stage deep tech startups established in eligible European countries. Funded by the European Commission through the Women TechEU 2 EIC project, it is a cascade funding programme run by an EU-wide consortium coordinated by Sploro. The programme combines non-dilutive finance with personalised support to strengthen investment readiness, business growth and women’s leadership in deep tech.

The six-month programme offers mentoring by women, investor readiness support, export readiness checks, soft skills training, sales strategy and environmental impact assessment. Events, peer meetings and community activities complement these services. Entrepreneurs and coaches jointly develop performance indicators and maintain regular contact. A further “Paving the way” phase supports scaling through corporate access, targeted investor meetings and a Fast Track to the EIC Accelerator.
