Description
The Women’s Caucus Editing and Translation Fellowship, administered by the American Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies (ASECS) Women’s Caucus, is an annual award supporting scholars who are editing or translating eighteenth-century primary texts on feminist or Women’s Studies topics. The fellowship encourages the development of works-in-progress—ranging from scholarly articles to comprehensive editions—that focus on texts in any language and explore women’s experiences or feminist perspectives from 1660 to 1820. The goal is to advance scholarship by enabling researchers to bring to light important texts that deepen understanding of eighteenth-century women’s lives and feminist issues.
