--- ## Description The Women’s Fund Grants program, administered by the Richland County Foundation, is designed to promote philanthropy among women and build a permanent endowment to support initiatives that empower women and girls in Richland County, Ohio. Established in 1996, the program funds projects and programs that foster empowerment, leadership, education, and expanded opportunities for women and girls.
