Description
The Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay is an endowed fund of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation that invests in women and girls to strengthen families and communities. It supports programs that develop self-esteem and leadership, especially among girls ages 9–15, and address challenges or situations particular to women and girls. “Women and girls” includes anyone who identifies as a woman or girl.
The fund prioritizes imaginative, results-oriented, sustainable projects that produce measurable, positive community change. Supported work may be ongoing or expand or modify existing programs. Priorities include involving participants in planning and implementation, collaborating with other agencies, and helping women and girls be healthy, safe, successful, and able to realize their goals. Healthy-relationship programs serving men and boys may also qualify when they support women and girls.
