Description
This annual award, presented by the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS), honors a female biologist, clinician, or engineer who has made significant lifetime contributions to the understanding of the musculoskeletal system and related diseases or injuries. The award also recognizes outstanding leadership, including professional service and mentorship within the musculoskeletal research community. Recipients receive a $500 honorarium, a commemorative plaque, and complimentary registration to the Women’s Leadership Forum Reception at the ORS Annual Meeting, where the winner must be present to accept the award.
