--- ## Description This European Commission call under Horizon Europe supports research that examines how autocratic regimes, armed conflict, and shifting geopolitical landscapes threaten the rights and safety of women, LGBTIQ people, persons with disabilities, and minorities. Projects should analyze the rollback of legal protections, the rise in political and gender-based violence, and the intensification of discrimination—both online and offline—in contexts of democratic erosion or authoritarian rule. Research is expected to be interdisciplinary, combining social sciences, data analytics, and computer science, and should result in new methodologies, robust monitoring tools, and actionable policy recommendations.
