This grant is designed to both support and highlight a woman performing interventional radiology (IR) research and to expand opportunities for medical students or residents to engage in IR research. Developed in collaboration with the Women in IR Section, the program promotes a culture of inclusion, mentorship, and professional growth for women researchers and trainees. Projects may span clinical, basic science, education, healthcare equity, device development, augmented intelligence, or other areas advancing interventional radiology. Priority is given to pilot studies with potential for future federal funding.
