The program’s primary goal is to expand and connect leaders dedicated to advancing equitable economic opportunities, particularly for low-wage workers and job seekers, while meeting employer talent development needs. Alumni join the Economic Opportunity Fellows Network, gaining access to a broader community of workforce innovators.
