Description
This grant supports established researchers at German research institutes to organize workshops aimed at early-career investigators in fields where there is a shortage of young researchers. The workshops are designed to provide participants with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to prepare for independent research, lead their own projects, and successfully compete for third-party funding. The workshops must have a thematic focus to foster scientific exchange and collaboration among participants.
