Description
The Young Collaborative Research Grant (YCRG) under Hong Kong's Collaborative Research Fund (CRF) is designed to empower early-career academic staff to lead group research projects that are multi-disciplinary and cross-institutional. The grant aims to foster capacity building, develop research strengths, and encourage synergistic partnerships among Hong Kong’s universities. YCRG is a regularised scheme supporting group research, not equipment-only proposals, and is intended to help young researchers gain leadership experience in collaborative research, preparing them for larger-scale funding opportunities in the future.
