Description
The Young Professional Internships Program (YPIP) is an eight-week summer initiative designed to connect undergraduate students and recent graduates in Uzbekistan with local businesses and organizations for hands-on internships in business and STEM fields. The program aims to foster U.S.-style internship models within Uzbekistan, expanding participants' professional skills, networks, and English proficiency. In addition to full-time internship placements, YPIP offers professional development events, mentorship, cohort-based activities, and access to an alumni network. The program is structured to provide a transformative experience for both interns and host companies, supporting career readiness and self-reliant learning.
