    Description

    The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship Program empowers young European business and social entrepreneurs by providing immersive, hands-on experiences with U.S. organizations. The program includes a blended curriculum of virtual entrepreneurship coursework, professional development sessions, and a four-week, full-time fellowship placement in the United States matched to each participant's background and interests. Fellows receive personalized mentorship, participate in community service, and develop an Action Plan to address challenges in their home communities. Graduates join a robust alumni network with ongoing access to resources and professional connections across Europe and the United States.
