--- ## Description Youth Philanthropy of Licking County (YPLC) is a committee under the Licking County Foundation that engages motivated young people (ages 15–35) in philanthropy, leadership development, and community impact. Participants work together to share ideas, make funding decisions, and help shape the future of Licking County.
