Description
This opportunity funds Creative Youth Development (CYD) programs that engage young people ages 4–24 in Massachusetts through the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences. The funder seeks to empower youth as leaders and agents of social change, with a strong focus on racial equity, youth voice, and collective action. Funded programs must provide hands-on, cumulative learning experiences and be designed for multi-year participation, fostering environments where youth can develop social, emotional, and academic skills.
The grant prioritizes organizations that have not received Mass Cultural Council funding in the last three years, BIPOC-centered organizations, and those that have completed an accessibility self-assessment.
