    Description

The Cinema program of the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) provides financial support to Arab directors and producers, as well as non-Arab producers working with Arab directors, for the creation and development of feature and short-length fiction films. The program accepts projects at various stages—development, production, and post-production for feature-length films, and production and post-production for short and medium-length films. It aims to foster artistic and technical excellence, encourage sustainability in Arab cinema, and support filmmakers with resources for research, development, production, and related expenses. Selected projects are expected to be completed within two years, and grantees must acknowledge AFAC’s support in all communications and deliverables.
