You can now apply on a rolling basis for Round 5, which offers Level 2 rebates up to $8,000 per port and newly added DC fast charging rebates up to $80,000 per port; projects in ten designated counties can receive up to 95% of eligible costs, with county set-asides ending January 31, 2027. Only costs incurred from October 1, 2026 are eligible, and other federal incentives cannot be combined with this rebate. Review the new Round 5 application, equipment and reimbursement requirements, and confirm your completion deadline with ODOT: the guidelines allow 270 days for Level 2 or 365 days for DCFC/mixed projects, but the acknowledgment form still says 300 days.
