Description
This competitive grant program, administered by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), funds capital projects at Minnesota-based food and beverage manufacturing facilities and food system organic waste processors. The goal is to advance climate-smart practices, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, boost operational efficiency, and minimize waste throughout the state’s food system.
