Description
Launched in 2024, dsm-firmenich’s Nutrition Research Grant supports academic research relevant to diet and health in Asia-Pacific populations. The healthy-longevity round seeks evidence on whether nutrients and bio-actives—including omega-3 fatty acids, polyphenols, vitamins and biotics—can support healthier aging or slow biological aging.
The program favors small, well-defined projects with significant scientific value that address existing nutrition and health issues in the region. Suitable approaches include human studies, pilot or feasibility studies, analysis of existing data or biological samples, and development of research methods or technology. Research primarily focused on animal or in vitro studies is outside the grant’s scope.
