Description
The Environment & Land Use Cycle is administered by the Charlevoix County Community Foundation (C3F) to support environmental education, protection, restoration, and sustainability in Charlevoix County and the Lake Charlevoix Watershed. It also supports the organizations carrying out this work. Recreation initiatives that provide access to natural resources may be considered.
The cycle advances C3F’s mission to enhance quality of life for county residents now and for generations to come. Successful requests may demonstrate collaboration, respond to new needs, test new approaches to existing needs, encourage people to help themselves, prevent problems, or avoid duplicating services. Donor advisors may also choose to support applications through their funds at the foundation.
