Description
The Institute for Humane Studies’ Humane Studies Fellowship supports PhD students conducting research within the liberal tradition, as well as eligible postdoctoral fellows. It funds work intended to advance significant projects and strengthen a researcher’s scholarly impact and career prospects.
Support can help recipients complete major academic projects, devote a semester to writing, develop or present conference papers, prepare journal articles and submissions, or undertake other eligible research activities. Fellows are expected to share copies of research completed, presented, submitted for review, or published during the fellowship period when available, and to provide updates on significant progress.
