This scheme aims to encourage and support collaborative research among Hong Kong’s local self-financing degree-awarding institutions and/or University Grants Committee (UGC)-funded universities, as well as cross-disciplinary research activities within institutions. The grant is designed to elevate the attainment, quality, breadth, and speed of research output in the self-financing sector.
