Description
The Lowman-Richardson Consulting and I-O Psychology Research Grant is administered by the American Psychological Foundation (APF). It supports research on professional ethics related to organizational, consulting, and industrial-organizational psychology; occupational mental health; and the interaction of occupational interests, abilities, and personality. Research in this last area may address career choice, job satisfaction, work motivation, or job performance.
