Description
The Narrative Art Award is an annual competition that honors illustrators who excel in visual storytelling through a sequence of images. Entrants are challenged to create a series of three or four illustrations, without text, that demonstrate clarity, nuance, and a progression of mood and emotion. Each year, a rotating panel of judges provides a new narrative assignment, ensuring a fresh creative challenge. The winning submission receives an all-expense-paid trip to the SCBWI New York Winter Conference, where the artwork is featured in the prestigious Portfolio Showcase.
