Distinguished Fellowships (4 months) support established scholars’ collections-based research at the Science History Institute to advance historical inquiry into chemical or molecular science.
Dissertation Fellowships (9 months) support graduate students’ research and writing using Science History Institute collections to advance dissertation projects within a residential scholarly community.
Arnold O. Beckman Postdoctoral Fellowship supports postdoctoral scholars in fundamental chemistry research and new chemical instrumentation to help them build independent research careers.
Library Travel Grants support scholars with travel and accommodation for research at the Science History Institute’s Othmer Library, enabling scholarly exploration of its primary materials in Philadelphia.
