Before applying, review the expanded eligibility and document requirements, including a nonprofit institutional appointment, English-language materials, and three non-mentor references, and allow two business days each for registration and pre-application approval. Funding limits are unchanged, but the page now specifies a required interview, conditions for continued funding, and a separate dependent-care support request at least 30 days before an eligible event.
