    Description

The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association’s Comprehensive Research Program Competition supports research addressing important problems across broiler, turkey, and commercial egg operations. Its goal is to increase the availability of poultry products while continually improving their quality and safety. The program prioritizes meaningful benefits to the poultry and egg industries and findings that can be practically applied within commercial operations.

Proposals should explain their relationship to USPOULTRY’s published research priorities and the short- and long-term value of addressing current industry practices or problems. Researchers may build on earlier studies or publications. Emerging problems outside the published priorities are also welcome with sufficient background and justification. Broad industry benefit takes precedence over projects primarily developing, validating, or advancing a commercial product or technology.
