About Chesapeake Bay Foundation
The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is the largest independent organization dedicated to restoring and protecting the Chesapeake Bay, the largest estuary in the United States. It pursues this mission through environmental education, advocacy, restoration, and litigation.
The foundation supports environmental education and on-the-ground restoration through grants and programs that engage schools, communities, and partner organizations in efforts such as planting trees, restoring habitat, and improving water quality. These opportunities advance the health of the Bay and its watershed.
Funding and opportunities are directed to schools, community groups, and partner organizations through defined programs, with eligibility set per opportunity. Educators and organizations can find current Chesapeake Bay Foundation opportunities and deadlines on Atom.
