The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) serves as the primary interface between the State of Colorado and local communities. The department has demonstrated significant impact, including supporting the creation of at least 10,000 new affordable housing units and implementing 18 resiliency actions in accordance with locally-driven resiliency roadmaps.
