About Vermont Community Foundation
The Vermont Community Foundation is a statewide community foundation that works to close the opportunity gap and build a stronger, more equitable Vermont. It manages charitable funds on behalf of donors and reinvests across the state to strengthen communities.
The foundation makes grants to nonprofit organizations and awards scholarships to students, supporting education, the arts, the environment, economic opportunity, and community vitality. It also takes a leadership role on statewide issues and stewards donor-advised and field-of-interest funds.
Funding is delivered through competitive grant programs, scholarship cycles, and dedicated funds, with eligibility set per program. Nonprofits and students across Vermont can find current Vermont Community Foundation opportunities and deadlines on Atom.
