Find the Right Researchers Faster on Atom Grants
Research administrators know that the right collaboration can make or break a proposal. But identifying the perfect internal partner, especially across large, multidisciplinary institutions, can be time-consuming and fragmented.
That’s why we’re excited to announce a new suite of collaboration features in Atom Grants designed specifically for research administrators.
Admins can now search through their institution’s researcher directory using the same AI-powered semantic search engine that drives Atom’s external grant discovery.
Instead of relying on exact matches for names, titles, or departments, you can now search by keywords, topics, or research themes, and find researchers whose expertise aligns conceptually, not just textually.

This makes it easier than ever to uncover hidden connections within your institution, and spark collaborations that might not have otherwise happened.
We’ve also added a new “Researchers” tab to every grant listing. When you open a funding opportunity, Atom Grants now automatically displays researchers at your institution who are a strong fit for that opportunity, based on their research interests, prior work, and profile data.
