The admin dashboard shows how your institution is using Atom and where funding activity is happening.

Usage and adoption

See how many of your researchers have signed in and subscribed to grant emails, and how page views, active users, and grant-email clicks trend over time by day, week, or month, so you can measure adoption across your organization.

When the range you pick ends today, the last day, week, or month on the charts in the Activity, Researchers, and Grants tabs is drawn as a dashed line with a fading fill. That period is still in progress, so a partial total is not mistaken for a drop in engagement.

Department scope

Owners open Analytics, Researchers, and Activity on the whole organization; other admins open on the department they are assigned to. Use the department picker at the top of each page to change the view, and CSV exports follow the department you pick. If you are assigned to more than one department, Your Departments reads them together, including their sub-departments, and counts each researcher once. Overview has no picker; its heading names the department it is showing.

Leaderboard

Two leaderboards rank the most active researchers: one by page activity and one by grant visits. Choose a period, daily, weekly, or monthly, and filter by department to focus on a specific unit.

Activity logs

Logs give you a detailed view of activity, including grant visits, searches, and saved grants, so you can understand what your researchers are working on.

Check-ins

Organization owners find Check-ins under Admin in the sidebar for the first 180 days after faculty are invited, and afterward whenever a report is published or a check-in call is booked. It holds the reports Atom prepares for your 30-, 90-, and 180-day check-ins: how your researchers are using Atom over the period, progress on your objectives, and next steps, with each report picking up the objectives and next steps from the one before. Open a report, download it as a PDF, or send it by email to a colleague at your institution, such as your leadership; they enter their name and institution email to open it. When your next check-in is due, book the call from the same page.

Your proposal pipeline

Analytics shows you how your institution engages with Atom; the proposals board shows you what that engagement is turning into. The board gives your office a live view of every application in progress: filter by department, assignee, funder, or tag, organize proposals into columns that match your process, and let Atom flag what is new, due soon, urgent, or overdue. Together, the two give you both sides of the picture, adoption and the funding pipeline it feeds.
