Collaborators

Building your team

Once you have found the right people, bring them into a shared workspace and let Atom run the rest.

Invite anyone, internal or external

Invite collaborators by email, whether they are faculty at your institution or partners elsewhere, using the same flow. Everyone works from one source of truth for the team's aims, files, drafts, and decisions.

Inviting collaborators into a shared grant workspace
Invite internal faculty or external partners into one shared workspace.

External collaborators get a guest workspace where they can co-edit aims, share files, and draft proposal sections. From there, the team works in Proposals.

Limited submissions

For limited submission opportunities, Atom detects the opportunity the day it posts, ranks the eligible PIs at your institution, and notifies the matched faculty. Your team starts the internal selection process with a ranked shortlist instead of a blank spreadsheet.

Collaborators is the connective tissue between Discovery and Proposals. Find the grant, assemble the team, and move straight into building the proposal.
